Dr Anica spent the month of April 2024 working on her monograph on “Individual differences in the process of foreign language learning and teaching”.

Dr Anica at the British Library.
I would like to express my immense gratitude to the Robert Anderson Trust for providing me with access to the British Library, thus giving me the opportunity to explore up-to-date references on individual differences in the process of foreign language learning and teaching. The chance to gain first-hand insights into contemporary literature and the latest research in the field will greatly contribute to the completion of my monograph on the subject.
The visit to London provided me with the opportunity not only to engage in research at the library but also to explore the iconic landmarks and culture of this vibrant city. Thus, the combination of intellectual engagement and exploring the history and knowledge of the capital enriched my overall experience in London, both professionally and personally.
Finally, I am deeply grateful to Mr Howard Davies, the Trust’s Coordinator, for his generous support, assistance, and hospitality at Highgate.
